You can use obtainium to also install f-droid repo stuff. It completely replaced droid-ify for me.

I just switched to obtainium this weekend and it’s a pretty sweet f-droid alternative. But agreed with always coming back to Jerboa. It’s the only client I’ve used that reliably takes me to comment replies from my inbox. Literally every other one on this list just bombs out on it.

I’ll keep trying them all though. Keeping an eye out for Sync and Artemis. Boost as well. I’m excited for the future of apps. I’ll likely dono a little to each one too.

They were both quite good. I ended up on Sync the majority of the time because my habits were established in it. But I had no issues switching to Boost (and Infinity for that matter) for alts.

The old one was pretty bad too though. They’ll get there I’m sure

I prefer Firefox Nightly because I set up an app collection to install all of the add-ons I wanted (LibRedirect was the driver for figuring this out.)

Having said that I had one issue with it where it kept crashing for a few days and I had to use the official app. Still worth it IMO.
