This is not happening. It is not something that would be possible to hide, there are so many different places this could (and would) be detected by someone with the right know-how (data/battery consumption in particular).

Try and pay attention to how many ads you get that are completely irrelevant to you. It will happen way more often than ones that match up with your conversations.

Low morale/dissatisfaction =/= anger. They’re more likely to be uncomfortable and unwilling to use violence against protesters, especially since they are significantly more trained to identify threats than police are. They know these protesters are not a threat, and all their training and rules of engagement tell them to not engage.

It is a thing, but most controlled studies haven’t found pitbulls to be inherently more aggressive than other breeds, just more dangerous if they happen to attack. Any dog that is poorly socialized will probably attack someone sooner or later, they just weren’t bred to latch on and shred things with their jaws like pitbulls were. So maybe there is a discussion to be had about “dangerous” breeds, but it’s not a genetics one.

Neither 110VAC or 240VAC is inherently more dangerous as long as the system is paired with the right gauge of wire. As for personal safety, both are more than capable of killing you regardless of amperage. 240VAC may even be a little more capable because it can push more current through the resistance of your body.

I’ll admit, American plugs/outlets leave a lot to be desired, but it’s not any more dangerous because of the higher current.

This one is just pure stupidity. Border Control and Customs announces the exemption one day, Trump immediately walks it back the next, all while markets are still closed. A bunch of idiots probably bought options on Apple and are going to get absolutely screwed when markets open today. If I had to guess the exemption was planned and got out too early somehow.

A more complicated but ultimately faster approach is using a structure like an Entity Component System. You build an entity (deer, person, plant) out of components that are just data (health, hunger, mood), and then each type of component has a corresponding system that updates all the components at once based on other values. It’s somewhat similar, but you save space on unnecessary components not being added, and it packs the data together in way that is faster for the computer to iterate through.

Maybe not as much as we would like, but each court order gives departments more leverage to resist illegal executive orders. We’ll see more and more examples like USADF barring DOGE from entering the building.

This is not at all above board. Budgets and Departments are squarely in Congress’ jurisdiction, and it’s Congress’ job to step in and impeach him for overstepping his authority. Unfortunately, the fascists took over Congress as well and they’re cheering it on.

The answer is never “make service better to attract customers”, it’s always “extract as much value as possible from the ones that remain”. Shitty short term number go up mentality.

They never could have imagined our modern society at all. The amount of power and influence held by just a handful of private citizens couldn’t have been accounted for in the 18th century.
