One is that it could motivate political prosecution to disenfranchise people. The second is that it kind of creates a slippery slope, if treason disenfranchises you why not murder, or rape, or election fraud or whatever other crime someone considers serious enough

That isn’t actually true. The price on the shelf is considered to be an invitation to treat. By taking the item to the checkout you are offering to buy it which they can reject. In practice they will sell it to you for the price on the shelf but this is not the law

She is saying that she as a transgender woman is being treated differently to a cisgender woman. Or that is at least how it works in the UK. I would presume Australia is similar

In the UK it is a legal requirement for some broadcasters to have a certain percentage of signed programmes.
For espresso machines I would recommend Gaggia. I bought one that was at least third hand and from 2000. It still works great and if anything breaks all the parts can be bought online

The ICJ is part of the UN as one of its 6 principal organs. It does not have the power to issue individual arrest warrants as it only has jurisdiction over states. As you correctly stated the ICC which is not part of the UN issues arrest warrants
