I have one, it’s just like the sprayer thing for doing dishes on many kitchen sinks except attached to the refill hose for the toilet. You just aim and spray, it’s fantastic and easy to clean cause it’s not actually inside the toilet bowl

I don’t eat American white bread either, most other Americans I know eat sourdough or ‘actual’ bread, not that weird loaf of angel food cake they call bread here lol

Do super soft yoga in the morning.

When i tell people i do yoga every day before work, they think its MUCH HARDER than it is. I get up, drink a whole glass of water, and sit on my mat. If its cold, i use a space heater. I put on an easy yoga video on YouTube (i love Yoga with Adrienne) and i only do the floor parts lol.

I am in such better shape, i have more energy, I’ve lost weight, my posture & balance are better, and i can self-regulate my emotions a thousand times easier. I am so, so much happier with this simple lil 20mins starting my day.

Yes, i have a sleep disorder and when i have trouble, i listen to podcasts on my phone with it under my pillow. Its slightly muffled and very effective, but if it doesn’t work at least i dont have that awful tired eye feeling
