Not often I say this but: Good job Google.

I have a Galaxy Note II (Almost 12 year old phone!) that still works. Thanks to community support it has Android 12 installed and it’s currently working as a radio in my garage.
My uncle is using my old S8 as his daily driver and it works no problem.

Honestly I don’t know how it is even possible to make such a dog shit product. I think my first webrtc tutorial app works better than this piece of shit.

Google removed some library Firefox depended on in NDK and it meant developers need to make significant changes to their packaging system. At the same time critical vulnerably was discovered in Firefox. On top of that, everything happened when main developer of Fennec was away from home and short on time. But from what I’ve seen on Fennec gitlab most of the work is done so you should expect update soon.

hypertown@lemmy.worldto Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Someone needs to be reminded that anticompetitive practices are illegal15·1 year agoHow is that Nvidia can ban reverse engineering and for example Nintendo can’t. I’m sure they would love to just say in EULA that sorry but reverse engineering Switch is prohibited therefore every emulator is illegal
