Its possible, it also depends on your location & what carrier you use at that location. entirely possible that you may never notice it. As far as in later models, no, but there was a noticeable shift in coverage for me going from a Samsung S10 to a Pixel 4a and I dont feel its gotten any better with my current 6a. Its my understanding that the pixels have been using shittier modems

Thats odd, it doesnt find it for you? I haven’t had to use it in a couple years so maybe the database it outdated? I think theres an app on F-Droid called Kanade that can pull package internal names from packages if that might help.
