  • I was going to say exactly this. When I have to take a break from exercising and need to get back to it it’s not easy, but I remind myself of all the benefits that come with exercising and how much better it made me feel and that gives me the motivation to get started again. The easiest way for me to force myself to exercise on a day I really don’t feel motivated to do it (or I’ve been out of it for a while) is by putting on my sport outfit and readying whatever I need for my exercises, telling myself I can still change my mind and not do it whenever I want. But by the time I got changed and everything is ready I think “I might as well just do it”.

And it just really takes that one time to fully remind myself of how good it feels afterwards and it gives me the motivation to keep going. Sometimes I’ll end up enjoying it so much I can’t wait for my next exercise session and no, it’s not the actual exercising myself I enjoy, but how I feel afterwards.

  • This is rather disappointing. The game looks really good and I’ve been looking forward to playing it. But I meant to play the game in co-op with my husband and when it launched in early access it didn’t seem to have co-op yet (if I remember correctly) so I decided to wait until that was added (and working of course). But after hearing this news I’m a bit wary of buying a game that I’m not sure they’ll even finish. That’s such a shame because the game really looks amazing and super fun to play in co-op.

(What’s the state of the game right now? Have they added co-op yet and how is the game so far?)

  • I’m in my mid 30s and have never been drunk before. I don’t like how alcohol tastes and drinking it doesn’t really add much value for me. The only alcoholic beverages I do like are Baileys, Pisang Ambon (mixed with 7up/Sprite), white chocolate liquor and Tokkelroom. Recently discovered Salmari and I like that as well. I very rarely drink any of that, though, and when I do it’s like one glass at most. Tokkelroom though…I like it so much that I wouldn’t be surprised if at some point I ended up eating all of that in one go.

  • If I need to get up at 5AM I just set my alarm and as soon as the alarm goes off I hop out of bed, to force myself to actually get up before I get the chance to start thinking about it (and postponing the getting up part).

As for what I do in the evening: if getting up at 5AM every day is my goal I just start by setting my alarm at 5, and aim to go to bed earlier. If I did go to bed late the night before, I would still set my alarm at 5 and just be tired the next day. Because the next day I’ll feel so tired I’ll automatically end up going to bed earlier. So it works itself out. So if I really wanted or needed to get up at 5AM every day I’d just do it even if I didn’t sleep enough hours the night before. Once I’m in a routine I don’t even need to set my alarm. I’ll just automatically wake up at that hour.
