Oh hey, thanks for the reminder I have to get 28 Days Later and 28 Weeks Later before going to watch 28 Years Later.
I think this is going to be my main.
Has accounts on lemmy.zip, lemmy.world, fedia.io and kbin.earth with the same handle

maybe they’re confusing it with Outer Worlds?
eating chips with chopsticks also slows me down and some times prevent me from overeating chips
I somehow cannot wrap my head around soulseek, so I’m just torrenting like I always do 🏴☠️
I mostly agree since it’s healthy either way, but back when I was half my weight when I studied in a 4 seasons country, coming back to the year round hot and humid home country still makes me immediately sweat the moment I step out of the plane. Constantly felt like I always have a blanket on me. Anecdotal for sure, but I just want to say my piece.
I never knew what that rooftop onion does. But now that I know, that’s another thing to fix.
as someone from a similar place, mosquitoes make opening windows at night a health hazard, unless you install netting.
I should be getting to do that…
I remember there’s a few that made some news months ago. but that’s all I recall tho
on top of these, any call to arms spreading the good word of the fediverse
too many variables not addressed.
either 100 IEM or headphones, 1 home and portable setup or 1 thing in audiophile hobby. same with collecting pocket knives. not applicable with leather/Goodyear welt boots. probably starts at 5 pair of boots at the low budget end.
similar with coffee. it could just get you an espresso machine, or he’ll just even a metal tamp. fucking crazy people those espresso drinking heathens. sips expensive bean juice
Probably still do quite a lot. I still have my account there in case there are calls to promote the fediverse.
They left Digg posts alone for now though. I know it’s another boiling pot, dont have to remind me.
Wear a big scarf … for guys or girls … a scarf comes in handy for all kinds of emergencies including using it as something to cover your mouth, dress a wound, tie something or cover something up.
Everyone should look up what a shemagh is, and all multitude of uses it has. Pretty sure there are plenty of colors that aren’t tacticool, which is inevitable when you search for it. If it works for the grunts the US sent to the Middle East, and actual Middle Eastern cultures, it’ll work for you. Hitchhikers’ Guide to the Galaxy describes how useful it is to carry a towel across the galaxy; this is it.
Edit: something more that I recalled of when I was in the prepper phase years ago: Marines swear on this thing called a woobie. It’s their safety blanket, figuratively and practically. It’s basically a quilted fabric liner under a poncho for insulation. Works just as well as blankets if you’re going to be crashing somewhere overnight.
It’s easy to just go to Reddit, find an equivalent community,
As easy as that sounds, I only sometimes do it for the -moe comms. I dont do wholesale copying just that posts that I want to share from reddit when I sometimes browse there. There are still things I care to look at that’s still not here, and I don’t have the wherewithal to do it myself as original content.
For Lemmy, kbin and piefed you can specifically choose which language posts you want to display if anyone doesn’t want to go with instance blocking.
I’m an avid fan of Mr Fisher. Highly recommend his videos. and he looks like Riker, if anyone is reading this.
I have no moral reasons like most do really.
I’m just tired of reddit. I’m tired of doomscrolling anything actually. even the fediverse.
I intentionally only seek chill and meme subreddit/comms. and even then some people just can’t help tripping themselves shoving negative crap onto meme comms.
Oh hey, never seen this tool before. Thank you
Or probably in shipping containers. I assume the salty air on cargo ships would be an issue depending how the bulk of the product is stored while in transit
This thing for a DIY air filter because I saw it here yesterday or two days ago
Looks interesting, might have to try it.
