Yes. Autocorrect has gotten better and better with my typing as it learns the words I type. It takes into account where on the wrong letters that I’m typing to figure out the actual word. I’m pretty fast at typing on my phone.

Hawaii does this. Hanauma Bay is free for locals but charges $25 for tourists.
Usually “asking for a friend” is deflection sarcasm, like you’re saying, “I’m not that stupid, but my friend is, so please explain it for my friend”
100%. The current city density plan will not cut it with the current growth projections. We’re trying our damnedest by being active in many advocacy groups!
It’s the same in Amazon software development. We have like 3 different AI tools. I enjoy it for unit tests and predicting the next two lines of a simple thing, but it’s not going to refactor our codebase.
It truly is! On the way to Capitol Hill pride as I comment. Loving the weather for my outfit!
Exactly. In Seattle, summer is the best. High of 75 most days and because of the water surround the city, it only gets down to high 50’s at night. And our winters aren’t too bad. 45F/40F averages, just wet with the light rain.
But don’t tell anyone because we don’t want more people moving here!
I have a python script that I run on my phone to scrape a few websites and return the current food trucks at my few local breweries with the times they’re there. It makes our once/twice a week dinner selections so much easier than having to manually visit 4 websites. Some sites have been updated, and I haven’t updated my script and I need to.
Maximo! It’s a 3D hack and slash collectathon. It’s based on the Ghosts and Goblins games. There was a sequel that fell a little short of expectations (got rid of the really fun hub worlds). They were going to do a third game but Capcom canceled it.
Could have a worm in it.
Exactly. I’m nowhere close to the top of the tech ladder, but I make more than that and still have to rent and will be renting for several more years. To buy an average house in this city, it would be like 7k/month without a 20% down payment. And household debt needs to be 30% of your total income so I would need to make $250k to even get approved for a loan for an average house in the city.
using any kind of marketing tactics
So there shouldn’t be a poster on a wooden pole for a new corner store? How about fancy signs? No happy hours either?
I don’t really have time for extensive puzzle games anymore, so I watch a YouTuber named Aliensrock. He’s still playing it, and I’m so invested! It’s insane that a puzzle rougelite can work so well and be so engaging with the story and mysteries. There are multiple ways to figure out each puzzle (except one so far), which is fascinating.
Exactly what I was gonna recommend. IPtorrents hasn’t let me down for 90% of content.
But the Musk/Trump stuff isn’t about Canada. The American federal tax rebate doesn’t work like that. It only benefits the consumer, so it’s not a scam they can do here.
That’s Canada. That’s not the American tax rebate.
What about those online 2 hour coding challenges to qualify for an interview? Those aren’t hard problems, but mainly to weed out the unqualified. However, I failed my first 3 coding challenges across 2 years before I got an interview. It’s such a BS metric to make all the test cases pass before even considering them. I knew once I got the actual interview, I would be golden due to my experience, but it was still hell getting there.
So 1000sqft for a couple, 1500 for a family of 3?
They say they don’t associate the data they collect with anyone. There’s no way to trace back to my device.
Add those words to your dictionary to stop them from autocorrecting. You can also add them as a contact and it will autocorrect towards that word, so I can get my phone to want to correct to “fucking”.
