There is a Teams setting to disable calendar notifications. I did this for the exact reason you just described

FiniteLooper@lemm.eeto Mildly Infuriating@lemmy.world•My password is not accepted because it is too longEnglish5·2 months agoI’ve had this exact same thing happen.
I’ve also had it happen where you have the two fields to verify the password is the same. One had a maxlength set in it, and the other didn’t. I was for sure entering the same password and I was so confused until I opened up the dev tools and inspected the inputs.
FiniteLooper@lemm.eeto No Stupid Questions@lemmy.world•How do you change the mouse over highlight color in windows 11? Where the mouse pointer is (Apps) in the photo it is easy to see what is highlighted. On the computer screen it's impossible to seeEnglish6·5 months agoI believe what you want might not be an individual setting, but just part of the currently selected theme.
You might actually want to check your monitor brightness and contrast settings. Find a test pattern and follow calibration instructions.
I’m not an expert on this, but the fediverse is just a collection of things that can all communicate on a federated standard. It’s just like email, you can use whatever mail provider you want but you can email anyone else using email.
I guess your question is kind of like “are there other emails?” - and yeah, I guess there are other platforms where you can communicate and send messages, but they aren’t email.

Too bad we can’t have a non-crazed person do some of these things
No, but you can see the megawave in this photo

FiniteLooper@lemm.eeto Programming@programming.dev•did user engagement drop significantly in programming forums?English1·8 months agoIt would just get closed. They are strict about GitHub issues ONLY being for actual issues/bugs you find with that project. Anything else is either closed as not being an issue
FiniteLooper@lemm.eeto Programming@programming.dev•did user engagement drop significantly in programming forums?English27·8 months agoThere are several projects on GitHub I use that are sometimes hard to find answers for questions. They have closed the Discussions on their GitHub page, and if you ask a question by opening an issue they close it and say “go join our discord server”.
It’s frustrating. You can’t search online for any issues. When you join the discord server, you can search and find lots of questions, but there are very few answers.

SourceTree by Atlassian is great, I’ve used it for years and love it. It’s also free. They kind of push you into signing up for a BitBucket account, but it’s skippable. I think it checks all the boxes for the requirements you listed.

Running slow? Quit it, increase RAM and try again. So glad all that nonsense is gone now.

The randy research, recently published in the Journal of Psychosexual Health, found that females aged 20 to 59 who had sex infrequently — less than once per week — were at a 70% increased risk of all-cause mortality.
Yeah, I regret deleting my old account now. I never used it except for marketplace. Now I’m realizing Craigslist is pretty much dead in comparison
