South Maine is pretty nice. We stayed at a bed and breakfast in Kennebunkport. Great food and hard to beat the scenery.
Vermont looks pretty nice too, but no personal experience there yet.
Kinda similar, I’ll finish off the shrapnel from a bag of corn chips with a spoonful or two of salsa in the salsa bowl. Spicy cereal, I guess?
Saw them open for NIN in Phoenix about a decade ago. Was very pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend them as well.
Something like that. Tell you what, fill ‘er up with some Valentina, and you can keep the Ranch.
Excellent mention. I discovered them from their Texis album. Good reminder for me to revisit their work.
Those cheeks aren’t going to clap themselves
Mixed. One is approaching the rainbow bridge. Our third to leave us this year. She’s been battling canine cushing’s for ages. Something internal has been bothering her recently. Vet says it’s not likely to be something minor. We made the call to say goodbye in four days.
The other one is peachy. She’s 12 too and still has her puppy face. The fact that her back legs don’t work really doesn’t faze her much. She’s slowing down though, especially this last half of the year. We anticipate saying goodbye to her this coming year.
I kept some paper logs of what was needed where. Mostly for building things, but also for deliveries. I was trying to be relatively efficient in hauling stuff around.

Might scope out the forums and comments sections at Ars Technica. There’s a wealth of information from a ton of the regulars.
I’m going to put up another movie, The Dark Tower.
I’m a big Stephen King fan, and the Dark Tower series is probably my favorite work of his, aside from The Stand.
I think the movie got too much hate from all the stans and it was clearly just farther along in the many turns of the wheel of Ka.
I’ma put Super Mario Bros. up as a contender too. Doesn’t get much better than Dennis Hopper and Bob Hoskins.
Looks like a contrail from one or more airplanes near the same altitude of the clouds.
Too bad those advances will be monetized as hard as possible and limited to those that can afford it.
People who wear sunglasses indoors. I get fluorescent or bright led lights bother some folks, but it still screams asshole to me.
The Montessori Jacket Flip is really useful. Our kiddo learned it in preschool, but a head start never hurts.
