I’m not sure, it was a bit jarring to me at first, but I didn’t really notice it anymore when I got further into the video.
She kept randomly dropping out of it later in the video. It’s definitely not her real voice.
I think it is. She talks like that in every video I’ve seen her do. She also talks like that in a number of conferences she’s presented in.
