Out of recommendations given here I’d ignore Arch/Manjaro, for a server you want something that you can set up and forget about and not explode when you try to update the packages after not doing so for 3 months.

You might want to check out the smaller EUCs. There’s a bunch that cost half as much as Onewheels, while still having more power and range.

EUCs that go 30+ mph have way bigger wheel diameter than OW, way more power, and a lot of recent models have suspension. Also wearing proper protection is essential.
