yeah it’s in the terms of service but my usage will be so small it’s not even going to register on their charts so i’m happy with the risk.

oy i’m suffering with the same problem. i thought id try rowing toys out but more the boxes i’ve bought to rotate are all overflowing. id get rid of them more but she has an amazing memory and months age not seeing a toy will suddenly talk about trying to find it.

ink. looks cheap and weird but has a huge heart and vision.

i don’t care so much about dates and order, i use Downie (sounds rude but it’s just a media downloaded for mac) to download whatever i would normally watch on youtube and stick it in a folder that jellyfin is pointed at. It’s been amazing, all the videos i want, no ads, no buffering, and any speed i care for.

for what it’s worth you can “alexa turn off the screen” to help when it’s dark

by default my computer interprets them as forward and back but i’ve got to be honest, it doesn’t do it for me 😂

I have a mouse that happens to have two extra buttons off to the side and mapping those to ‘copy’ and ‘paste’ has been the best thing i’ve ever done for my productivity. Also mapping middle mouse button to ‘screenshot to clipboard’ but that’s just a personal thing i happen to do a lot

that and having the legacy of ‘political genius who completely upended trump’s campaign by waiting until they’d over-committed and then not competing’

just being a student doesn’t give you permission to use college campuses as you want. if you break rules or laws, there’s consequences for that. if you believe that what you stand for is the most important thing, then you accept the consequences as a feature of what you’re campaigning for. If you don’t, then your heart isn’t really in it and you just want to do whatever you want and get away with it because you feel like that’s what you deserve.

protesting has rules and boundaries. you are allowed to organise and protest within those, and going outside of that is usually a civil office (like trespass) or a criminal one depending on what goes on. These students are likely committing trespass.

i hear you, but there’s a difference between letting kids develop into adults and supporting students who trespass. You don’t just get to break laws because you’re a student and your school should support you to develop.

i’m not really sure how this is unfair. protesting can mean running up against laws and breaking them. the question is whether the cause you’re protesting for means enough to you to accept that.

yeah, i get that worry. there’s a lot of great stuff for all ages on youtube but lately the ads feel increasingly active and punishing.
