Well I’ve got some scoliosis so kinda hard to fix that. Sure they can improve it with surgery but it’s not that bad so they won’t do it.

What helps me is some core strength mostly planks and more importantly improving the strength of my hip flexors which causes my pelvis to not tilt anteriorly.

There appears to be only a handful of laptop chips that I can recognize in that first link and all of them amd but I don’t know the naming scheme of modern intel laptop parts anymore.

I would have to ask for a source on that. I can’t really find anything comparing many cpus.

What do you mean with that? Depending on the recency of your device they can be quite accurate. I use a Garmin though because they last longer on battery and are a bit more oriented towards sports and health. Some studies I found back then suggested Garmin is not that far off lab testing on most metrics. Yes even the guestimated ones like vo2max.
