Creating the community is easy, the hardest part is to keep it active. It’s usually easier to start contributing to an existing related more general community.

E.g. don’t create a community for Sim City, post to [email protected]

You’ll probably see it there, but there are only a few people who will persistently try to grow a community, week after week.

Reading the comments here, it seems like a lot of people would like their niche community to be active, but we have to acknowledge that with our current userbase, more general communities are already struggling to stay active, so niche ones are even harder.

Example: [email protected] is kept up active by less than 5 active posters, and that’s a generic community about movies.

[email protected] is probably good enough for all types of cooking, you get the idea.

You can ask about a single product there, skin routines are not mandatory

Can you find any recent phone with a smaller screen?
